  1. Ok thanks for this information. I believe that I produce excessive amounts of sebum. People will tell me to oil my scalp and I’m like no!!! That just irritates it. Keeping my scalp clean is the best next immediate way to keep it under some control. My “dandruff” is different because the flake size is enormous and my scalp will smell after 7 days and it doesn’t like being kept in a bonnet, it needs direct air. Dermatalogist prescription controls it but doesn’t cure it and requires multiple shampoos throughout the week which causes breakage. That shampoo once every three months would be the death of my scalp. Oh and I drink plenty of water but I just stared a low carb diet so I will monitor to see the results. Thanks 🙏🏾
