  1. Hey girl I want to lose weight especially for my birthday in May, do you think it'll be okay for me to eat jollof, pasta etc… but a small portion and also what kind of protein rich foods did you eat?

  2. 🏆 Woow!! Im so proud of you on your journey, what a great inspiration! Losing weight is definitely not easy at all. One thing I realised after losing 50kg/100lbs in 5 months doing water fasting I realised that new goals don’t deliver new results, a new lifestyle does. This is a process not an outcome. For this reason, all of your energy should go into building better habits. Not chasing better results.
