Hitting some heavy Triples at 455

This was back in October as I starting ramping up for my December Meet

Each week I add sets until Im at 5 sets

Then I work Towards doing 5 sets of 5 at 455

Once there I begin to add weight and drop sets until I’m doing
the heaviest I can for 1 -2 sets of 3

One my last cycle for The December meet

I did 500 for 3 reps – and all time PR

In December 2017 I opened with 545 and just missed 573 on my second attempt.
