It turned green because acid from lemon and vinegar reacts to the aluminum pot you boiled it into..
It's very good for you, been making this for years. But no need to boil it trust me.

Please do not use any type of Metal Utensils!! Use ceramic or corning glass cookware!!!
Tricks is use sppoon to peel ur ginger. Much easier

It turns green if you use aluminium or iron pan for boiling. Use stainless steel, it won't turn green.

In several other videos quantity of honey is three times. Ginger garlic lemon apple cider vinegar 1 cup each and 3 cups of honey. One tea spoonful daily. In your video quantity of honey is one cup. I am confused.
Why it has to be boiled? What happend if we just drink it raw?
