  1. There is no such thing as a "keto" recipe. Ketone diet is starvation to the point you burn all your sugar in the liver. The liver goes through a cleansing process and detoxifies. Then your body begins to burn the fat and leech water from your muscles to produce sugar. These are just rebranded "low carb" diets, that are actually low energy diets and will cause you to feel empty no matter how much you eat. Ketones are something your liver produces in a particular state of distress, no food is going to do this for you.

  2. Thank you so much. I actually did a few of your recipes recently and my honey loved them. I'm not much of a cook. Then it is let's go to. Oh no what do I now. Here you are again to help again. Thank you so much.

  3. So glad to see this made 6 of your recipes a few weeks ago. My honey decided I think we should go keto. I am one who can't cook but every meal I made of your recipes turned out perfect

  4. I just stumbled across this. I've been on Keto for 3 years now. I have/had thyroid disease, IBS, and high cholesterol. My IBS is finally under control since I was diagnosed 27 years ago. My cholesterol and triglyceride levels are back normal. And, I've managed to keep off 35 pounds that I lost the first year I was on Keto. I really wished there were more videos like this.

  5. I have searched youtube and have not found one channel for instant pot recipes for diabetics…. Not Keto…
Every time I type in diabetic instant pot recipes it brings up keto.. which is not the same…

  6. I’m just learning, but I think the only part of this video is the pepper steaming. The rest on the stove, so much faster, but if you only have the instapot, then why not? Plus, I’d probably use fresh garlic and not prepackaged, same with the meat choice.

  7. You can combine onion powder, garlic salt, dried parsley, and a tiny bit of sugar to create ranch mix without MSG. Yes, the official mix technically has a bit of sugar in it. It's just teeny per serving.

  8. That butter chicken recipe looks like a real winner. Delicious and not too complicated. Same with the others. I've heard the spice pronounced garam ( like "CAR-am") masala ( muh-Doll-luh), only with the right consonants. (Using words you're used to seeing) I hope that helps. That's from people from India.
